On February 4, 2021, CoreLogic announced that it had signed an agreement to be acquired by Stone Point and Insight for approximately $6 billion. Pursuant to the merger agreement, CoreLogic stockholders will receive $80 in cash for each share of CoreLogic common stock owned. The deal is scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2021.
